When Pan Macmillan acquired Danielle Steel in 2017 and asked if I’d like to be part of the team working on her brand (I used to be a Senior Marketing Manager for them before going freelance) I didn’t take much persuading.
Working on Danielle for 4 years was such a great project. From her joining Pac Mac through to hitting No 1 on the Sunday Times bestsellers it was a brilliant collaboration of agencies, creatives and publishing experts. It was a unique role as it allowed me to work across marketing, design and social, drawing on and combining all my experience from 20 years in publishing.
